Shipment terms
Okiosunglasses.gr can serve customers all over Greece as well as abroad. All the products that are listed in okiosunglasses.gr are available and can will usually be shipped in 2 to 3 working days after the completion of the order.
Orders above 85€ are shipped free of charge to every Greek town.
Orders less than 85€ are shipped with a 3,5€ postage rate. For destinations that are more than 20klm away from a town with a courier company office as well for certain remote islands there may be an extra charge.
For all shipments outside of Greece the postage rate is 30€.
Payment terms
a. Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery payment costs 2€. Payment is completed with the delivery of your order.
b. Credit card – debit card
Piraeus Bank handles the payment clearance thus ensuring the complete safety of your transaction.
All card related information (card number, safety number, expiry date) are transmitted through Internet in an encrypted form (SSL 128-bit encryption) and are not accessible from the the electronic shop.
Systems and processes used by Piraeus Bank prevent third parties from access to the data and the bank information systems.
The Piraeus Bank website, where customers input their card details, have a digital authenticity certificate, that can be used to confirm that the website actually belongs to Piraeus Bank. Piraeus Bank follows the best international practices in the field of payments for electronic commerce and is fully compliant with the safety protocols of Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode international organizations for the safe on-line card payments.
There is no extra charge for payments through credit cards.

The company reserves the right to freely modify or revise the terms and conditions of use and transactions of the e-shop whenever deemed necessary. Considering the constant update, expansion and improvement of the e-shop with regards to the products on sale updates on the present policy are expected. Under no circumstances is the company liable for any losses (loss of profit or data) that may inflict an e-shop user or a third party which can be caused by the operation or lack of operation of the e-shop, the use of the e-shop, the lack of product availability or lack of information from the customer or from unauthorized third party interventions in products and web site content.

We collect data through the e-shop in order to measure website traffic, determine user/customers demand for the products on offer and facilitate the transactions with the Company. Data access
Personal data are required in order to complete every order, either for delivery or for order hold. Moreover, the use of credit cards as means of payment requires the identification of the cardholder during the first time and any personal data required are safely kept. Any customer documentation or identity authentication means remains private and is only accessed by the Data Controller. Users/customers consent to the use of personal data by the e-shop personnel for the aforementioned reasons by submitting such data. Withdrawals (L. 2251/1994 in accordance with C.M.D. Z1-891/2013)
Customers may return the products they have purchased from the e-shop in case they have changed their minds within fourteen (14) days from delivery.Returns – replacements are not accepted for products bearing a personalized print upon customer’s order. In any event of online orders customers may contact the customer service dept via email before the return of the products. More specifically customers have the right to return any products purchased from the e-shop under the following terms and conditions: a) the customer has the right to withdraw within fourteen (14) calendar days from the service contract conclusion (when referred to services) or the delivery day (when referred to goods) and in the case of multiple goods orders in a single order and delivered in multiple dates from the delivery day of the last item (hereafter withdrawal). b) In case of withdrawal customers are required to return the product in the top condition in which they received it. More specifically the returned item must be unused and have all of its tags, labels, packaging and, where applicable, the original documentation and accessories that came with the product. Moreover, for the return to be accepted the original purchase invoice has to be presented by the person who has purchased the goods (and whose data are listed on the invoice). c) Returns are accepted only when customers have settled their payments and bear the cost of returning the goods to the company. d) Withdrawals have to be registered by completing the relative form. e) Customers have to return the goods within fourteen (14) calendar days from the withdrawal form completion. f) Following the withdrawal request the Company is obliged to redeem the customers with the amount they had paid. In case of credit card charge and provide that the Company has already collected the payment, the Company is obliged to inform the Bank to cancel the transaction. The Bank will then act accordingly. Except for the aforementioned Bank communication, the Company is not liable for the time or execution of the funds reversal which is subject to conditions laid in the contract between the Bank and the customer. g) Refunds due to withdrawals will be carried out within fourteen (14) working days from the time the Company has been aware of the withdrawal request. h) Postage and shipping costs are returned only if the Customer had selected the lowest cost shipping offered by the company. i) Customers must compensate the company if they have used the products in any other way than the one necessary to check the features and operation of the goods. j) In case of products that have been sold with a one plus one promotion (1+1), customers must return the gift along with the purchased product.
Withdrawals do not cover faulty or defective items. In case of a faulty or defective item that is recognized as such by the company customers may: a) ask for the repair or replacement without charge, b) ask for a discount on the invoice value, c) withdraw from the sale. Should the customer choose to repair or replace the product the Company has to carry out the repair of replacement in a reasonable amount of time. In case a customer finds a flaw he can communicate with the e-store immediately after delivery or the next working day either by phone or company email. In case a product is declared as faulty the company reserves the right to have the product inspected by suitable technicians. Limited liability: The company does not provide a guarantee, nor does it guarantee that the products can offer protection for any particular purpose. Final provisions All e-store sales contracts are governed by the Greek and European law, specifically by the legislation on e-commerce, distant sales and consumer protection. Likewise, this site has been created and is administered by the company in Thessaloniki and is governed by Greek law. If users choose to access the site from a different country, then they have to respect the laws of said country. Any dispute that arises from the company – customer relationship will be settled in a Greek court. Should a customer choose to handle the dispute in an extrajudicial way then he can reach out to the relative extrajudicial institutions, for instance: General Secretariat for Consumers (www.efpolis.gr), Hellenic Customer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr) etc. Following the EU directive 2013/11/ΕΚ that has been incorporated into Greek Law with the CMD 70330/2015 customers can also use the Alternative Dispute Resolution website through the following link (https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=ma in.home.show). The accredited institution that handles such disputes is ECC Greece L. Alexandras 144, 11471, Athens +302106460284, +302106460784. Customers can contact ECC Greece and get guidance in order to file and process their complaints.The protection offered by law regarding sales contracts that are done over distance only applies to transactions with individuals that do not trade for commercial, manufacturing or any other entrepreneurial ventures. If any part of the sales contract is deemed void or inapplicable by court the rest of the sales contract remains in effect. The company may agree to assign its obligations to a suitable third party. Should that not happen, customers may not assign or convey their rights or obligations. All notifications have to be in written form (by hand, by email, by fax or first class postage which will be deemed delivered 48 hours after posting). These terms convey information for the term 3b of Law 2251/1994.
